| Proper Spa Etiquette |
| For your safety and protection, we use a hospital grade level of disinfection throughout our spa. Our disinfectant is effective against Hepatitis B Virus; it is a Bactericidal, a Fungicidal and Virucidal (including HIV-1 and Herpes Simplex Virus, types 1 and 2), and a Tuberculocidal. We want our clients to be worry free and at ease when they visit our spa. |
| Points of Consideration |
- The Spa Staff delights in giving each of our clients total attention during a session.
- We do our best to provide a quiet and wholesome ambiance.
- Smoking is not permitted in our facility.
- Robes and disposable undergarments are provided if needed for your comfort.
- Refreshing water, coffee, and tea are complimentary.
- Please give 24 hour notice prior to an appointment cancellation or schedule a change. Clients who fail to give
appropriate notice will be charged for their missed service(s). Spa parties are required to give a 5 day notice to
change or cancel appointments.
- Please advise us ahead of time of any medical conditions, pregnancy, allergies, and food restrictions.
- We accept MasterCard, Visa, and personal checks with proper ID.
- An 18% tip will be added to all Spa Parties with 4 or more people.
- 10% off prescribed Dermalogica when client has had a skin care treatment.
- All Spa Packages consisting of 3 services, 2 of which are body and/or skin care, include a light cuisine.
- In order to give you more flexible scheduling options, we strongly suggest scheduling three weeks in advance.
- Credit card information will be needed to schedule any service over $50.
- For the courtesy of other guests, please only bring those children who have appointments for services. We are
unable to accommodate unattended children.
- We can provide Gift Cards for any occasion. Gift Cards can be purchased in any dollar denomination.
